Religious building cataloged as a cultural asset of interest that stands on the road from Begues, at the foot of the Eramprunyá mountain, dating back to the 11th century. It was modified and expanded in 1500 by Joan Enric when it was owned by the Marc family, whose coat of arms (made up of three cogwheels) can be seen in the portico.
It was probably the chapel of Sant Martí, later the chapel of Santa Magdalena del Sitjar, and, since 1509, the Chapel of the Mare de Déu de Bruguers.
Romanesque elements mix with Gothic styles in this construction with a single nave, semicircular apse, barrel vault, gabled roof, and four side chapels.
