Housing on Sant Lluc Street

The housing at Carrer Sant Lluc, 27 is a building in Ulldecona included in the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.

It is a corner building with a main facade on Carrer Sant Lluc and a side on Carrer Comanda. Structurally, it consists of a ground floor, three floors, and a roof. On the facade, there is a door with a stone lintel and a barred window on the ground floor. The two upper floors have two balconies with iron railings, and on the third floor there are balconies without any eaves. The facade is topped by a balustrade with lateral pilasters and a central decorative panel where two little angels hold the intertwined letters MC. The plastering, smooth on the first level, is adorned with geometric plant engravings in the level separations, a naked man fighting with a winged horse in the center of the first floor, and on the second floor the year 1919 framed by some birds.
