The Casa del Doncel or palace of the Marquises of Bédmar is a civil Gothic style building located in the medieval quarter of Sigüenza.
The building consists of three floors, a structure seated in three bays and is built in limestone and sandstone. The crenellated façade faces south and is divided into three parts: the lower one is the largest, where the door is located in a semicircular arch and the shields of the Vázquez de Arce and the Sosa family; in the center, a larger window in the center and a smaller one on the right, crowned by the shield of the Vázquez de Arce y Sosa family, and the upper one with a window crowned by the battlements. The interior has been altered over time and it is difficult to figure out which is the original structure and which one was added later.
