CDTE (Costa Daurada / Terres de L'Ebre): Route 11

A medium to difficult level ride, with rolling terrain, terraced vineyards and agricultural fields, mid-sized mountains, great views over the reservoir of Siurana, and which tops out at the site of a stunning well-preserved Carthusian monastery. There is barely a straight stretch of road on this route, and when it is not climbing, it is descending. The biggest climb, the spur up to la Cartoixa d’Escaladei, the Carthusian Monastery, is about three-quarters of the way through the ride.
