Porcelette is a municipality in the French department of Moselle and has a population of 2458. The place is part of the arrondissement of Forbach-Boulay-Moselle.
Jan Porcelets de Maillane, prince-bishop of Toul and abbot of Saint-Avold nearby, founded the village. The coat of arms of the municipality today features a wild boar, referring to the coat of arms of this bishop-abbot.
