Parly is a French commune with 830 inhabitants in the Yonne department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. The commune belongs to the Auxerre arrondissement and the Cœur de Puisaye canton. Parly is located in the Puisaye landscape, about 22 kilometers west-southwest of Auxerre. Parly is surrounded by the neighboring communes of Merry-la-Vallée to the north, Beauvoir to the north and northeast, Pourrain to the east, Diges to the south and southeast, and Toucy to the west and southwest.
