Rônai

Rônai is a French commune located in the department of Orne in the Normandy region, with a population of 175 inhabitants. The climate that characterizes the commune is classified, in 2010, as "altered oceanic climate", according to the typology of climates in France which then includes eight major climate types in mainland France. In 2020, the commune remains classified under the same type of climate in the classification established by Météo-France, which now only identifies five major climate types in mainland France in the first approach. It is a transitional zone between the oceanic climate, the mountain climate, and the semi-continental climate. The temperature differences between winter and summer increase with the distance from the sea. Precipitation is lower than at the seaside, except near the reliefs.
