Le Cadusia

Christelle and Cédric, steeped in the magic of the restaurant business, have marked the passage of time for four generations, opening "Le Cadusia" in 2010 in Chaource. Cadusia is the ancient name for the town of Chaource, dating back to the time of the Carolingian king Charles the Bald. It is also the name Christelle and Cédric chose for their hotel-restaurant. You will be welcomed into two dining rooms, each 140 m², and a 100 m² panoramic terrace overlooking the Chaource countryside. In the kitchen, Christelle and Cédric offer dishes cooked on a plancha grill, featuring local produce, as well as rotisserie-style dishes. This restaurant, combining fine dining with a bistro-style approach, is a true "Bistronomic" establishment. SPA "AUX MAISONS" in Maisons-lès-Chaource. We offer 250 m² of wellness space, 2 treatment rooms dedicated to facial and body treatments, a hammam, a sauna, a jacuzzi, an experience shower, an ice waterfall, and an indoor pool. Restaurant open daily from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm. Closed Sunday evenings from October 1st to March 31st.
