Musée Jacquemart-André

PLEASE NOTE: The château-museum is currently undergoing renovation work, and can only be viewed as part of the "Behind the Scenes" tour included in the entrance fee.

The museum presents the Jacquemart André Collection, comprising over 6,000 works of art, furniture, paintings, sculptures, decorative objects, frescoes by Primaticcio and the Jean-Jacques Rousseau Collection. This museum houses one of the most important collections on the French philosopher (manuscripts, iconography, etc.). Visitors are also invited to contemplate Primaticcio's frescoes in the Chapelle Sainte-Marie. They can then stroll through the remarkable rose garden (Jardin remarquable).
