NOTA BENE: Il castello-museo è attualmente in fase di lavori e può essere visitato solo nell'ambito della visita "Dietro le quinte", inclusa nel biglietto d'ingresso.
Il parco, le rovine dell'abbazia, la cappella di Sainte Marie e il roseto rimangono aperti durante i lavori. Per saperne di più sui numerosi eventi, consultare il sito web del Domaine de Chaalis.
Il museo presenta la Collezione Jacquemart André, che comprende oltre 6.000 opere d'arte, mobili, dipinti, sculture, oggetti decorativi, affreschi del Primaticcio e la Collezione Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Questo museo ospita una delle più importanti collezioni sul filosofo francese (manoscritti, iconografia, ecc.). I visitatori sono inoltre invitati a contemplare gli affreschi del Primaticcio nella cappella Sainte-Marie. Poi possono passeggiare nel notevole giardino di rose (Jardin remarquable).
