CINÉMA CAROUSSEL

Less than a year after its opening in October 2015, the Caroussel cinema won the "Most beautiful cinema in France" prize, awarded by the National Film Centre (CNC), the actress Cécile de France and the director Cédric Klapisch! A great recognition for this crazy architectural and cinematographic bet orchestrated by the architect Gilbert Long and the Lengrand Family. On paper, transforming an armoury built in 1848 into a cinema complex was almost utopian...

Today, the building has been rehabilitated abec brio and offers a breathtaking show. With its large nave and its preserved wooden structure, the "Caroussel" cinema has 8 rooms that can accommodate 1,151 people.

Classified "Art et Essai", the Caroussel cinema offers a very wide and electric range of films, from French and foreign comedies to Hollywood blockbusters and more demanding works. The small team at the Caroussel also offers many events such as film debates, festivals, previews, themed evenings, night of horror, conferences....

The Caroussel cinema, in partnership with the Sherlock pub, also offers the opportunity to organize professional and private events! After a conference, a private screening, a debate in a cinema room...it is possible to meet in the reception room for a cocktail, brunch, dinner, snack or even a dinner aperitif or a dancing and musical dinner. The reception room can also be rented on its own for a birthday party, an association or company meal...
