Musée de la Comtesse de Ségur

The Museum of the Comtesse de Segur is located near the Nouettes Castle where she lived from 1821 to 1872 and spent the best years of her life, writing about local life.
The museum collects documents on this writer, her family, her friends and her work. Apart from the three permanent galleries of the museum, an annual exhibition is devoted to the presentation of a novel of the Comtesse de Segur: the goal is to constantly renew the interest of the museum and to charm visitors by showing them a new work.
