The Church of the Assumption was built in the 12th century in rendered masonry blockwork, with ashlar for the cornice.
A remarkable rafter truss can be seen throughout the building.
The instruments of the Passion appear on the north wall, and further on, a Virgin and Child surrounded by haloed figures.
On the east wall, a King kneeling before a Saint is painted on a background of fleur-de-lys.
The church was listed as a historic monument in 1992.
