The house, located very close to the lake of Clarens and the golf course, at the exit of Casteljaloux, is part of a group of 3 houses well individualized, one in relation to the other. You will walk a few meters along a paved path and you will have to climb a few steps to get to your house. Then the whole house is on one level. Garden furniture invites you to have your meals outside and enjoy the exceptional view of the golf course, the lake and the Landes forest as far as the eye can see. The house is also equipped with a garage, a barbecue and 2 bedrooms (1 bed in 140 and 2 beds in 90), to accommodate 4 to 5 people.
