Perfect location for discovering the region's activities: 1km from the Antignac water sports center, the Pique river; 4km from Bagnères-de-Luchon (ski resort, thermal baths, equestrian center, gliding, paragliding, golf, bike rental, shops, restaurant and cinema); 15km from Lac du Géry and 30km from Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of France's favorite villages!

140m2 gîte with 1500m2 fully enclosed garden. First level: entrance onto a 13m2 veranda (table and 8 chairs, sofa, superb view of the garden and mountains), 30m2 dining room and living room, 11m2 kitchen, 7m2 shower room, laundry room, 10m2 "Le Port de Vénasque" sleeping area with 1x120x190cm single bed, chest of drawers and folding screen (separate from living areas). Second level: "Ligarde" bedroom (10m2) with 1 double bed (140*190cm) and TV, "Le Sacroux" bedroom (13m2) with 3 single beds (90*190cm), "Le Sauvegarde" bedroom (10m2) with 1 double bed (140*190cm), 1.5m2 shower room (shower cubicle and washbasin), separate WC and children's relaxation area (sofa, board games for young and old, library...).
