Here are some of our specialities. Judge for yourself! Aveyron's famous tripoux, cooked in a fragrant sauce, calf's head: we know how to prepare it too! Truffade. Foie gras, of course, homemade and served generously, The chocolate fondant menu. To satisfy all chocolate lovers, we offer not one but several fondants: 2 chocolates, chocolate-caramel and many others, as well as the walnut tart, the ambassadorial dessert of Lévézou.
Sample menu: charcuterie, hot starter: porcini mushroom croustade, braised ham and country potatoes, flaune, wine and coffee included.
