Welcome to this charming gîte in a typical village at the gateway to the Corbières, ideally situated between Narbonne and Carcassonne. It's the ideal base from which to explore the wonders of the Cathar countryside: perched castles, abbeys, famous vineyards and sun-drenched garrigue landscapes.

Just a stone's throw away, you'll discover a village with a well-preserved heritage, criss-crossed by peaceful alleyways and marked by a beautiful authenticity. Don't miss the old wash-house, the town hall, or "le petit château", a bourgeois mansion with rococo facades, now transformed into a restaurant. The village's contemporary art museum, SPIKTRI, is also well worth a visit for culture buffs. You'll also find a number of local shops, and if you're in the mood for sand and sea, the beaches are just 30 minutes away.

The fully air-conditioned gîte is located in a quiet alleyway, away from the hustle and bustle, and offers all the comforts you need for a peaceful stay. It offers:
_On the ground floor, a garage (4.50 m deep) with a laundry area (washing machine and dryer).
_On the second floor, two bedrooms (one 160cm bed and two 90cm beds),
a shower room,
separate WC,
on the second floor, a bright living room with open kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffeemaker) opening onto a pleasant panoramic terrace (with garden furniture and gas hob). Separate WC.

On arrival, you'll be greeted with a welcome basket of local produce, homemade jams and vegetables from their garden.
