A Spa accessible from 10am to 8pm all year round (shared with the owners) and two nice terraces, one high up, will allow you to laze around, a book in hand and the other to share convivial meals around a barbecue or a plancha. Inside, the living room is composed of a lounge area with home cinema, board games and its dining area with integrated kitchen. A shower room/WC on the ground floor. Laundry room. On the first floor 2 bedrooms (one bed 160x200 / and 140x190).a closed garden.
