In the heart of the Frescaty plateau, just a few minutes from downtown Metz, Domaine de la Résidence, hotel 4**** and its bistronomic restaurant Vol 128 take you on a unique, immersive journey.
The Vol 128 restaurant offers creative, gourmet cuisine. A seasonal menu, prepared using only the freshest produce. Gourmet dishes based on quality meats and fish, with a strong vegetal presence in every dish.

Let us take you on a gourmet culinary voyage, in a panoramic room overlooking our park and ponds. This room is equipped with giant removable screens on 3 sides (150m² projection surface) to create ambiances or broadcast dynamic large-format presentations.
