Gîte Benetou

The Gîte Benetou is an old house renovated in 1999 in the pure tradition of the Périgord. Situated in the heart of a small village in the Dordogne valley, it offers all the amenities of modern life combined with the peace and quiet of country life. On the ground floor, an entrance hall opens onto the only street in the village and leads to an independent toilet, the laundry room and the living room with fitted kitchen. A small living room with fireplace adjoins the living room. The 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned. A shower room and a bathroom complete this set. Outside, garden furniture is sheltered under the century-old lime tree. A little further on is the 10X5 swimming pool and beyond that a 2000m² park and a vegetable garden. The whole is entirely fenced and is for the exclusive use of the tenants (except for the vegetable garden)
