Massif forestier de Jeand'Heurs et ses sources karstiques

Overlooking the Saulx valley, the forest massif has a natural and geological character that is unique in the Meuse. It is home to a rich biodiversity, and its subsoil contains a karstic network with a major underground river, the Rupt du Puits.
Come and discover these local features along an educational trail focusing on the themes of forest, water and geology.

A 4.5 km educational trail divided into 3 paths:
- Horsetail Trail: 1.5 km - 45 minutes
- Karstic Trail: 1 km - 45 minutes
- Sentier de la Saulx: 2 km - 1 hour
a total of 14 educational stations, including 2 viewing platforms.

A 13-marker arboretum has been set up on the former railroad line.
