Gite of 90 m² comprising dining/living room, fully equipped separate kitchen, WC.
It is equipped with dining room and with a separate kitchen:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and adjoining bathroom.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite shower room and WC.

The gîte benefits from an independent terrace overlooking the lawn with a view of the vineyard, barbecue, garden furniture and parasol. On the site, two fenced, shared swimming pools, solarium, playground (football, volleyball, petanque, ping-pong....), bike hire.
From the hamlet of Les Naudines, you will discover the wonders and traditions of the Dordogne: cultural, prehistoric and sporting, but also the region's renowned gastronomy and wines (Monbazillac, Pécharmant, Montravel, Saussignac, Bergerac).
