The oldest mention of a church in Sainte-Eulalie dates back to 1277. It is the old village church, which was of Romanesque construction, replaced in 1820 by a small chapel dedicated to Saint Elisabeth built in the heart of the village in 1723.
The main part of the building dates from the 18th century and is neo-Romanesque. The western façade, built in 1924, houses the current entrance gate. The old portal of the original chapel can still be seen on the south façade, decorated with a sculpted keystone
Inside, the decoration remains very sober, with only a bare band at the base of the vault. The choir houses a Christ on the cross sculpted by a local artist, Mr Jardé, in an attitude of suffering. Above the entrance portal is a stained glass window referring to Saint Eulalie.
In front of the south façade of the church, there is a large cross called the Bubonic cross. On it, a cast iron Christ on the Cross has been fixed, from the contemporary period.
