The Patras estate, created in the 17th century, has been inhabited by the same family for 4 centuries. On a park of 5000m² you will discover in the old cowshed two gîtes (6 persons and 2 persons) tastefully fitted out with quality equipment. The two gîtes are separated by a large storage room and each has its own terrace and private covered parking. The owners, living on the spot, will be pleased to tell you the history of the domain, the village and also the Gers. Friendly holidays await you by the shared heated swimming pool (June and September, bubble cover July and August) (5x10 prof 1,2 / 1,8). You can also take advantage of the private lake on the property for a morning or day fishing. The DUO gîte of 65m², air-conditioned, of a contemporary style, will bring you the necessary comfort for a nice stay for two. The house is on one level and has an entrance/locker room with a large cupboard, an office/library area, a storeroom (storage space, washing machine, tumble dryer), a 14m² bedroom with a 160cm bed, an integrated cupboard (double wardrobe, shelves, mirror) and a television. The shower room has a sun tunnel which allows natural light throughout the day, and is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a towel dryer. The kitchen, integrated, with a central island is open on the living room with a sofa, a TV on a swivelling tray and a fireplace.
