Set in a peaceful rural hamlet, this former presbytery has been sympathetically restored around its listed staircase ramp. It has been converted into a spacious and comfortable gîte, ideally located to make the most of local heritage and cultural wealth. Situated between St-Lô (and its famous stud farm) and Villedieu les Poêles (the city of copper) and close to the harbour of Granville and the cathedral of Coutances, this small town is within easy access of Mont St-Michel and the D-Day beaches (the A84 motorway is only 20 km away). Many hiking possibilities in the area. For your events, please note that the town hall is available only 200m away with a capacity of 70 people. The remarkable staircase is not the only asset of this house which also benefits from beautiful countryside views and a pleasant south-facing aspect.
