Our entire team is at your service to welcome you and help you spend a convivial, authentic and gastronomic moment discovering our local cuisine. Throughout the week and at weekends, we offer you a menu based on seasonal and local produce, allowing you to discover the traditional cuisine of the Ardennes. Made with fresh seasonal produce, all our dishes are simmered in a casserole dish, just like in our grandmothers' day. Depending on the season, you'll be able to discover our local specialties: rabbit with blueberries, "cacasse à cul nu", bacon salad etc... In addition to our à la carte menu, we also offer boards to share, allowing you to discover Ardenne charcuterie and its specialities: boudin blanc aux oignons, terrine Rimbaud, jambon de Haybes etc... Almost all our cured meats are made by our chef: a guarantee of quality and freshness. All in a warm and friendly atmosphere, just a stone's throw from the Ardenne forest and the Meuse valley.
