Gite located in a winegrowers' village in the heart of the Minervois appellation vineyards and olive groves. In this Mediterranean environment of garrigues and pine forests, you'll find many well-marked walks to discover the small town of Minerve, Amphoralis in Salléles d'Aude, Le Somail on the Canal du Midi and the sites of Cathar country. In the village, you'll find shops, a swimming pool and numerous wine-tasting cellars. Narbonne and the sea, and Carcassonne are 45 minutes away. The gite is located on the first floor, accessible via an outside staircase: large living room/kitchen opening onto a terrace, part of which is covered, with garden table and plancha, TV lounge area, 1 bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 90cm beds, sitting area with sofa bed, shower room with WC. Air-conditioning. Electric heating extra (well insulated gite). Cleaning, bed linen and towels on request. Parking in front of the gite. Adjoining fenced courtyard and laundry room on ground floor.
