For a quiet holiday or a weekend, 10 km from the ocean and facing Lake Uza on a plot of 300 m2, small house completely renovated that has kept the character of the forges of yesteryear. The cycle track is 50 m from the house. A restaurant (la table du Marensin ) is at your service just in front of the house as well as a delicatessen with a bar overlooking the lake. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed (140 cm) and one with 2 bunk beds (90 cm). A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
A living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, induction hob and hood, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker Dolce Gusto). A lounge area with fireplace, sofa, footstools and television. Two terraces. Sheets provided and beds made on your arrival on request. Cot and mattress provided on request.
