Chapelle Notre-Dame de la pitié

The chapel Notre-Dame de la Pitié is dated 1880. It has an unusual square shape. The façade is the major decorative element, pierced by a well rounded rose window decorated with a magnificent stained glass window. The semicircular portal, whose tympanum presents a three-lobed sculpture, is supported by 2 pilasters. Higher up, the text "Ave Maria" is carved in the middle of a trilobal form.
At the front, the lateral buttresses are adorned with a pinnacle topped with a cabbage, while the triangular top of the façade is decorated with volutes like steps leading to the statue of the Virgin which crowns the façade of this chapel.
