Sant Guillem is a refuge of the Tour du Canigo and the Tour du Haut-Vallespir. Located in the heart of nature in the commune of Le Tech. Car access prohibited in July and August. PR hiking trails (marked paths) from Prats de Mollo and/or the hamlet of La Llau.
Meals made with local produce, snack bar at lunchtime. Unique evening menu served at set times.
