Sant Guillem is een toevluchtsoord op de Tour du Canigo en de Tour du Haut-Vallespir. Gelegen in het hart van de natuur in de gemeente Le Tech. Toegang met de auto verboden in juli en augustus. PR-wandelroutes (bewegwijzerde paden) vanuit Prats de Mollo en/of het gehucht La Llau.
Maaltijden bereid met lokale producten, snackbar 's middags. Eén avondmenu op vaste tijden.
