A hiking trail from the gîte joins the GR86 Toulouse Luchon trail. You'll be 4km from Aurignac (Musée de l'Aurignacien, shops, restaurants, beer festival), 11km from the Saint-André swimming and fishing lake, and less than 30mns by car from: the Martres-Tolosane earthenware factory, the Bonnefont Abbey, the Cardeilhac Arboretum forest, the Montmaurin Archaeological Museum and Gallo-Roman Villa, the Save Gorges and the Cazères water sports center.

Single-storey gîte: 2 bedrooms with 3 beds: entrance, large living room with sitting area and sofa bed, separate kitchen opening onto covered terrace. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160cm)(2 single beds 90cm), bathroom/WC, shower room, WC with washbasin, laundry room with washing machine. Electric heating.

ATTENTION: electricity included. Heating is electric and charged according to current consumption. If you are in Picanas during the standard heating period (15/10-15/4), you can opt for an electricity package of 12? per day.
