In Ravenel, near Saint Just en chaussée, I grow organic berries and edible flowers by hand.
Goji berries, blueberries, cherries, redcurrants, gooseberries, blackcurrants, blackberries and aronia for the berries;
Cornflower, borage, chamomile, calendula, nasturtium, poppy, California poppy and Mauritanian mallow for edible flowers. Peppermint and other herbs, plus honey from our beehives.
As a member of the Bienvenue à la ferme network, I offer gourmet tours of the plantation (including tastings of current products) from early June to late September, by appointment, Monday to Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
