In Ravenel, in der Nähe von Saint Just en chaussée, baue ich essbare Beeren und Blüten in biologischer Landwirtschaft von Hand an.
Goji-Beeren, Heidelbeeren, Kirschpflaumen, rote Johannisbeeren, Stachelbeeren, schwarze Johannisbeeren, Kirschen und Aronia für die Beeren ;
Kornblume, Borretsch, Kamille, Ringelblume, Kapuzinerkresse, Klatschmohn, Kalifornischer Mohn und Mauritanische Malve für essbare Blüten. Pfefferminze und einige Kräuter sowie Honig von der Plantage mit unseren Bienenstöcken.
Als Mitglied des Netzwerks Bienvenue à la ferme biete ich von Anfang Juni bis Ende September nach Vereinbarung montags bis samstags zwischen 10 und 18 Uhr Gourmetbesuche der Plantage (einschließlich Kostproben der aktuellen Produkte) an.
