In the heart of the Corbières region, Saint Laurent de la Cabrerisse is surrounded by nature, offering beautiful walks in the surrounding garrigues, along the Nielle stream and the curious Roca Dansaira rock. The village also lives to the rhythm of its terroir, with a friendly market on Tuesday mornings, wine tasting on the Coteaux de la Cabrerisse and a visit to the Cellier des Demoiselles. Nearby, heritage enthusiasts can discover the medieval villages of Lagrasse, the castles of Cathar country and the wild landscapes of the Corbières.

During your stay, Alain will introduce you to the wines of the cellar, and Dany will concoct delicacies for you.
