Gite des Bernaches

In our search for the ideal property for our project to create a gîte and reception hall, we found La Bernacherie. It's a place I've heard about since my childhood, when my father recalls his childhood memories with his parents and siblings. My grandparents were tenant farmers on this farm, which at the time belonged to the owners of Château de la Touche, a little further down the road. My father was born with his twin brother in the "olive" room and lived there all his youth. This large building had been abandoned for several years and nature had reclaimed its rights. It's a great source of pride for us that it's back in the family. It's a family project in which everyone has participated according to their abilities and skills.
