40 minutes from Troyes, 35 minutes from factory outlets, at the gateway to the Marne (Sézanne 30 km away, Chalons en Champagne 45 minutes), come and relax in this little haven of peace and greenery, where birds and squirrels often make an appearance.The room can accommodate 2 people and a baby, and is located on the first floor of the owners' house, in a secluded area that respects your privacy and independence. The room has two 90x190 beds, a flat-screen TV, an herbal tea corner (bakery/coffee/tea/infusion/small fridge), a reading area with lots of books, a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Breakfast is served on the veranda, or on the terrace, depending on the season. A small lounge is also at your disposal. From May to September, you'll have access to the swimming pool for a refreshing swim or a few lengths. Enclosed private parking, landscaped garden.
