Petit Train du Site de Baigura

The leisure center is located in Mendionde, between Hélette and Louhossoa.
The small train of Baigura allows to reach the summit, at 897 meters of altitude, in half an hour. From there, a magnificent panorama on the summits of the Basque Country and Bearn as well as on the ocean is offered to us. An orientation table allows you to locate yourself and discover the names of the summits with their altitude. It is possible to make a 3 hours hike from the summit, or to stop halfway up the slope to walk on the discovery path with explanations on the fauna, the flora and the geology of the massif.
