Het recreatiecentrum ligt in de gemeente Mendionde, tussen Hélette en Louhossoa.
Het Baigura treintje brengt u in een half uur naar de top, op 897 meter hoogte. Van daaruit hebben we een prachtig panorama op de toppen van Baskenland en Bearn en op de oceaan. Via een oriëntatietabel kunt u uw positie bepalen en de namen van de toppen met hun hoogte ontdekken. Het is mogelijk om een wandeling van 3 uur te maken vanaf de top, of om halverwege de helling te stoppen om het ontdekkingspad te volgen, met uitleg over de fauna, de flora en de geologie van het massief. Er is een speeltuin en een picknickplaats aan de voet van de berg.
