At the crossroads of the GR10 and the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, we invite you to stop off at Borce, a magnificent mountain village with a medieval feel. The Auberge de l'ours in the Vallée d'Aspe is a multi-service business: crêperie, bar, gite étape, grocery store and bread depot. The soul of the auberge is above all its bar area, where you can stroll around, discover and taste beers from all horizons (lagers, browns, artisanal beers, IPAs...) as well as delicious home-made crêpes and galettes bretonnes.
