Op het kruispunt van de GR10 en de Camino de Santiago de Compostela nodigen we je uit voor een tussenstop in Borce, een prachtig bergdorp met een middeleeuwse sfeer. De Auberge de l'Ours in de Vallée d'Aspe is een multiservicebedrijf: crêperie, bar, gîte voor tussenstops, kruidenierswinkel en brooddepot. De ziel van de auberge is vooral de barruimte, waar je kunt rondslenteren, bieren uit de hele wereld kunt ontdekken en proeven (pils, bruin, ambachtelijk bier, IPA...), maar ook heerlijke zelfgemaakte Bretonse crêpes en galettes.
