The Gite Gardes is a recently renovated stone barn, situated on a 3 ha property, with a magnificent view over the valley and the bastide town of Monflanquin (classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France). In the countryside but close to all amenities, at the gateway to the Lot and Périgord, the gîte is ideally situated for holidays with family or friends. Single-storey house, with 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and shared shower room (Italian shower) and one bedroom with 2 beds + washbasin. 1 bathroom + 1 independent shower room. Sofa bed (sleeps 2 people). Spacious and bright living room. TV with British and French channels. Free Wifi. Station for iPod. Large fully equipped kitchen with terrace access. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private swimming pool (heated from May to Sept). Games room. Enclosed garden. Land with trees.
