Villa l'Improviste

If you want to spend your vacations in a quiet place and do everything on foot or almost, the Villa L'Improviste is ideal.
It is a recent house, located at 400 m from the ocean and 500 m from the city center.
It is composed of 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 bathrooms (Italian shower), living room and fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishes, microwave, oven, freezer, refrigerator, appliances, ...)
The terrace on the east and west sides, will allow you to appreciate the outside at any time of the day.
There are also two rooms in the exterior dependence, allowing to welcome 10 persons in total.
I also propose you the rent of sheet/linen (beds made at the arrival) + cleaning option at the end of the stay.
