The sea is 5 minutes away by car / 10 minutes on foot via the dunes, with a choice of :
- La Potinière family beach (supervised);
- Several kilometers of wild beach at Hatainville.

The residence also boasts 2 tennis courts and 1 basketball court. Car access for luggage drop-off. Local farmers' market every Thursday morning in Carteret and Saturday mornings in Barneville. 18-hole golf course 5km away.
