In the heart of the village of St Arailles, ancient Castelnau Gascon, you will stay in a charming stone street house (90m²) and its outbuilding (45m²) offering all the necessary comfort for holidays with family or friends! The rooms in the outbuilding have direct access to the garden and will ensure a certain independence.the beautiful fenced garden overlooking the ramparts, will allow you to enjoy an exceptional view of the hillsides and the Pyrenees. It is the ideal place for children and adults in complete safety: portico, children's toys, tent, croquet, petanque? but also to enjoy your family meals in the shade of the plum tree or for a little nap on the hammock! St Arailles is the ideal starting point for walks along the footpaths and discover the Gers countryside or take part in the many festivals: Vic-Fezensac: Pentecost or Salsa, Mirande and its Country Festival, Marciac and its Jazz Festival. A house of 90m² on the ground floor and first floor: living room, kitchen with dining area. On the first floor: bedroom 1 with alcove (1 bed 140, bunk beds of 70 and dressing room), accessible by a few steps, bedroom 2 with 1 bed 160, bathroom, separate toilet. In the annex of 45m², on the ground floor, a reception area, a shower room/toilet and bedroom 3 with 1 bed 140 (accessible to people with reduced mobility), bedroom 4 (go down 3 steps) with 1 bed 140 and a bay window opening onto the garden and upstairs, bedroom 5 with 2 beds 90. For animals: ask for the owners' agreement. Cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory.
