"Au fil du canal" welcomes you to a beautiful old farmhouse in Bel Air, Mas-d?Agenais. The house is 600 meters from the Canal Latéral de la Garonne and its Voie Verte, and close enough to the village and its amenities to make it a short walk. Le Mas-d?Agenais, a charming village, attracts visitors for its Rembrandt painting in the collegiate church of Saint Vincent, and has many places to eat and relax. In summer, numerous festivities, such as night markets, music festivals and exhibitions, take place in and around the village. Set in the heart of nature, the house sits on a beautiful half-hectare plot bordering a pine forest, with its orchard, medieval permaculture vegetable garden and swimming pool for hot summer days. The unfenced grounds are regularly visited by deer, squirrels and other friendly animals.
