Aquadrome de Verdun

Located in the center of town, the Aquadrome de Verdun is a multi-purpose facility for swimming, learning, entertainment, relaxation and well-being. The aquatic center combines the pleasure of swimming, fun and relaxation for young and old alike.

The Verdun Aquadrome combines modern and ancient architecture. Modernism contrasts sharply with the early 19th-century stone facade, integrated into the contemporary building. Neoclassical in style, this façade borrows its massive columns and pilasters, elegant Ionic capitals and simple entablature from the antique style. Today, this balanced layout blends harmoniously with the sober contemporary glass structure.

It comprises :
- A 25m sports pool with 8 lanes
- A leisure pool featuring a bubble bench, massaging jets, a swan neck and a running river (maximum depth: 1.25m)
- A 35m slide leading to a reception area (maximum depth 1.10m)
- A paddling pool for toddlers (maximum depth 0.20m)
- A relaxation area with sauna, hammam, relaxation corner and Jacuzzi
- An open-air terrace to enjoy the fine weather.
Wheelchairs are available for disabled access to the beaches, as well as a hydraulic chair for lowering into the pools.
