This gîte, adjoining the owners, located in the countryside and just 2 km from the heart of Marciac, offers an exceptional view of the Gers hillsides
At your disposal 3 rooms (for 7 persons), ideal for families who will be able to discover and take care of the farmyard animals and enjoy the 3 000 m² park.
You will also have the chance to meet Claude, who will tell you about the "Course Landaise", the traditional bullfighting game of Gascony.

To satisfy your taste buds, Bernadette and Claude will be happy to give you access to the vegetables of their garden! And the orchard will not be left out with cherries, plums, persimmons, figs, hazelnuts and grapes.

Description of the 3 rooms :

- One bedroom with a bed 140 x 200 (new bedding 2021), 2 bedside tables with lamp, dressing room, mirror, chairs, desk, private toilet and shower room.

- A room (recent bedding) with 1 bed 90 and 2 beds. 1 large bedside table with lamp, dressing room, mirror, chairs, desk, WC and private shower room.

- One bedroom, accessible by an outside staircase, has a 160 x 200 bed (new bedding 2021), 2 bedside tables with lamp, dressing room, mirror, chairs, desk, private WC and shower room.

Please note that towels and bath sheets will be provided, but also that the living room has a pellet stove that diffuses heat to 2 rooms on the floor. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are also equipped with a radiant electric heater.

Outside, there is a 4.50 m diameter round above-ground swimming pool (shared with the owner) and a 3,000 m² fully fenced park
