The gîte is the ideal starting point for numerous walks and mountain bike rides. Less than an hour's drive from Castelnaudary and Toulouse. The Canal du Midi, the book village of Montolieu, the Cité de Carcassonne, etc. are all within easy reach. Swimming in the bassin de Saint-Ferréol 35 min away. Private shaded parking.
