Piuma, the little pizzeria in Biarritz!
We put all our heart of craftsmen in the making of our Neapolitan style pizzas.
We start with the dough made in our lab: wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, and know-how! The goal? A pizza that's light, airy and tasty. Then we add the toppings, made from carefully selected quality products. The vegetables are fresh, organic and local. Quality cured meats come from Italy or the Basque country. The mozzarella fior di latte is cut with a knife every day to keep its freshness. Quality cheeses selected in Italy and in our region refine the selection. We finish by cooking - fast, intense and explosive - in just a few seconds. We add the final touches to sublimate this lady? At the table, it's ready!
